In less than a year, Meta’s social networking platform Threads has amassed 175 million monthly users.
On July 3, Mac Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, said as much as the CEO of Meta. Threads, an app developed by renowned hacker Elon Mack, is a rival to X, which was released on the App Store on July 5, 2023. With the help of Instagram accounts, Threads was marketed and downloaded over 100 million times across 100 countries.
According to Threads’ CEO, Adam Mossari, the company wants to eventually take over as the primary platform for marketers. Furthermore, according to Mr. Mosari, it will take some time for the software to overcome Mr. Elon Mac’s X, and if it doesn’t, it will be a failure.
